About this role

Supervises entry or intermediate level employees or team leaders of support employees in Materials Planning and SIOP. Plans and establishes goals and objectives for team, including storing and shipping or products, planning activities, responding to inquiries, and checking quality of work. Develops inventory control reports and manuals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Management production schedules to ensure timely delivery of the units,
    balancing production capacity, material availability and labor resources.
  • Led demand forecasting: Worked closely with Demand Planning team, to
    create accurate demand forecasts and adjusted production plans.
  • Management cross-functional teams: Track production schedules, past
    due orders, material availability and LT with suppliers to resolve
    production issues and ensure on time delivery with costumers.
  • Costumer and supplier management: Communication with key customers
    and suppliers to ensure alignment between production schedules and
    costumer requirements.
  • Training and mentoring: Led training sessions for junior schedulers to
    develop skills and improve scheduling and planning process.

Requirements

  • University degree.
  • More than 3 years of experience in the field.
  • Knowledge of Excel.
  • Advanced English.
  • Experience in SAP (Planning).
