Who We Are
In 2020, Carrier Business Services launched with a vision to transform future operations. Today, we are a high-performing program management and transformation team with hundreds of employees across each of our fully operating, multi-functional, global business service hubs supporting Carrier around the world.
We serve Carrier as a whole and everything we do is in partnership with the business or its enabling functions. We are here to optimize Carrier's business processes to sustainably improve productivity, quality, efficiency and create a seamless user experience.
Along with our CBS Operations team that is delivering financial, accounting, human resources and payroll services, we have a team dedicated to transition and transformation:
- Transition roles include Project, Change and Transition Management, and Digital Technology.
- Transformation roles include Global Process Owners, Customer Experience and Continuous Improvement.
