1. Channel Development & Expansion

  • Identify, appoint, and develop new distributors and wholesale partners across the Peninsular region.

  • Strengthen existing channel network to maximize coverage and market penetration.

  • Evaluate channel performance and implement corrective strategies where required.

2. Sales & Business Growth

  • Drive primary and secondary sales growth through distributors and wholesale channels.

  • Achieve revenue, margin, and market share targets.

  • Develop and execute regional business plans aligned with company objectives.

3. Demand Forecasting & Inventory Planning

  • Forecast product demand accurately based on market trends and sales pipeline.

  • Coordinate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure optimal inventory availability.

  • Minimize stock-outs and excess inventory through structured planning.

4. Market Intelligence & Product Development Support

  • Gather competitive intelligence (pricing, promotions, product features, schemes).

  • Provide structured feedback to product management for new product development and improvements.

  • Identify emerging trends in the RAC and residential project segments.

5. Large Residential Project Support (RAC)

  • Work closely with distributors and project sales teams to support large residential air conditioning projects.

  • Coordinate technical and commercial requirements for successful project execution.

  • Ensure timely submission, approvals, and delivery coordination.

6. Partner Relationship Management

  • Build strong rapport and long-term strategic relationships with distributors and wholesale partners.

  • Conduct regular business reviews and joint growth planning sessions.

  • Resolve commercial and operational issues proactively.

7. Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and monitor regional sales team performance.

  • Set clear KPIs and drive accountability.

  • Foster a high-performance, result-oriented culture.
