• Serve asanemployeeandcustomeradvocate. 

• Identifyand driveprocessimprovements, quality andcomplianceacrossthefunction. 

• AnalyzedataissuesandprovideRoot CauseAnalysisinproblemresolution. 

• IncorporateLeanpracticesintoalldailyactivitiesandongoingprojects. 

• Conductanalysisand prepareongoingHRreportstoeffectivelyadministerpoliciesandprograms. 

• Responsibleforachievinginternally-set qualitystandards,identifiedgoalsandmetricsandoveralltargets aremetand/orexceeded. 

• Assistwithdatamigrationandauditingduringacquisitionprocess. 

• EnsurealignmentofgradingstructureandsupportGender PayReporting. 

• Foster,developandmaintainstronginternalandexternalrelationshipswithkeyvendors. 

• Ensureuseofemployeeselfservice. 

• Experience generating and analyzing Workday reports.

• Knowledge of Leave of Absence (LOA) processes.

• Advanced Excel skills.
