About the role

In this role, you will deliver high-quality HR support by assisting employees, managers, and HR teams with daily operations, data management, and process improvements. Your work will help ensure accurate HR processes, enhance employee experience, and drive efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

As a Assoc HR Ops, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providesuperiorcustomerservice,accurateandtimelyfirstcontactresolutiontoemployees, managers, and HRprofessionals

  • ProvidesupporttoHumanResourceOperationsteamandbusinessunitswithadmintransactions, datavalidation,auditingandcorrections

  • Supportthesubjectmatterexpert(SME)forallpoliciesandprocedures

  • EnsuredataintegritythroughauditsoftheHRInformationSystem

  • Updateandanalyzeworkprocessdesignandflowforpoliciesandprocedures

  • Providepolicyinterpretationrecommendations

  • Createandpresenttrainingpresentations

  • Researchandworkin ateamenvironmenttoresolveemployeeissues,byworkingdirectlywithinternal/externalclientsandvendors

  • Serve asanemployeeandcustomeradvocate

  • Identifyand driveprocessimprovements, quality andcomplianceacrossthefunction

  • AnalyzedataissuesandprovideRoot CauseAnalysisinproblemresolution

  • IncorporateLeanpracticesintoalldailyactivitiesandongoingprojects

  • Conductanalysisand prepareongoingHRreportstoeffectivelyadministerpoliciesandprograms

  • Responsibleforachievinginternally-set qualitystandards,identifiedgoalsandmetricsandoveralltargets aremetand/orexceeded

  • Assistwithdatamigrationandauditingduringacquisitionprocess.

  • EnsurealignmentofgradingstructureandsupportGender PayReporting

  • Foster,developandmaintainstronginternalandexternalrelationshipswithkeyvendors

  • Ensureuseofemployeeselfservice

Requirements

We are looking for people who are proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate is collaborative, adaptable, and capable of managing HR processes with accuracy while working effectively in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. As a minimum you must have:

  • Requires theoretical knowledge obtained through a University degree Limited to some knowledge of Carrier organization University Degree or equivalent Less than 3 years prior relevant experience

  • Strong knowledge of HR operations and processes, including experience with Workday.

  • Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).

  • Experience handling HR transactions.

  • Ability to support U.S.-based HR transactions.

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

  • Experience generating and analyzing Workday reports.

  • Knowledge of Leave of Absence (LOA) processes.

  • Advanced Excel skills.
