Role Responsibilities:

  • Providesuperiorcustomerservice,accurateandtimelyfirstcontactresolutiontoemployees, managers, and HRprofessionals. 

  • ProvidesupporttoHumanResourceOperationsteamandbusinessunitswithadmintransactions, datavalidation,auditingandcorrections. 

  • Supportthesubjectmatterexpert(SME)forallpoliciesandprocedures. 

  • EnsuredataintegritythroughauditsoftheHRInformationSystem. 

  • Updateandanalyzeworkprocessdesignandflowforpoliciesandprocedures. 

  • Providepolicyinterpretataionrecommendations. 

  • Createandpresenttrainingpresentations. 

  • Researchandworkin ateamenvironmenttoresolveemployeeissues,byworkingdirectlywithinternal/externalclientsandvendors. 

  • Serve asanemployeeandcustomeradvocate. 

  • Identifyand driveprocessimprovements, quality andcomplianceacrossthefunction. 

  • AnalyzedataissuesandprovideRoot CauseAnalysisinproblemresolution. 

  • IncorporateLeanpracticesintoalldailyactivitiesandongoingprojects. 

  • Conductanalysisand prepareongoingHRreportstoeffectivelyadministerpoliciesandprograms. 

  • Responsibleforachievinginternally-set qualitystandards,identifiedgoalsandmetricsandoveralltargets aremetand/orexceeded. 

  • Assistwithdatamigrationandauditingduringacquisitionprocess. 

  • EnsurealignmentofgradingstructureandsupportGender PayReporting. 

  • Foster,developandmaintainstronginternalandexternalrelationshipswithkeyvendors. 

  • Ensureuseofemployeeselfservice. 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Requires theoretical knowledge obtained through a University degree Limited to some knowledge of Carrier organization University Degree or equivalent Less than 3 years prior relevant experience

  • Strong knowledge of HR operations and processes, including experience with Workday.

  • Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).

  • Experience handling HR transactions.

  • Ability to support U.S.-based HR transactions.

Preferred Qualifications (Plus):

  • Experience generating and analyzing Workday reports.

  • Knowledge of Leave of Absence (LOA) processes.

  • Advanced Excel skills.
