Sr Manager Quality Assurance

About the role
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Manager Quality Assurance to drive global quality initiatives across our organization. In this role, you will play a key part in transforming how quality is measured, analyzed, and improved by leveraging data, automation, and continuous improvement methodologies.
You will work cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to ensure alignment and execution of quality standards that directly impact customer satisfaction and business performance.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role where your ability to turn data into actionable insights will shape decision-making at a global level.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Manager Quality Assurance, you’ll be responsible for:
Developing and maintaining global quality dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
Analyzing performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
Defining and implementing KPIs, policies, and standard work to drive quality performance
Leading continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
Supporting and implementing quality tools such as PFMEA, SPC, QMS assessments, and audits
Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations) to ensure alignment and execution
Driving a data-driven quality culture across regional and global teams
Delivering training and guidance to strengthen quality capabilities across the organization
Requirements

As a minimum you must have:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
5+ years of experience in quality, manufacturing, or engineering environments
Strong experience with quality tools (APQP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA, RCA, Control Plans)
Proven experience in data analytics, including Power BI and advanced Excel
Experience applying structured problem-solving methodologies (8D, A3, RCA)
Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal)
Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:
Six Sigma Black Belt certification
Experience with Minitab or statistical analysis tools
Experience in global or multi-site environments
Exposure to automation or data systems integration
