About the role

This position is for an experienced Customer Service professional who works independently, resolving complex inquiries. Is responsible for maintaining databases, making recommendations to management to prevent problems and collaborating with the sales team to identify opportunities. In addition, the person in this role updates procedures to improve Customer Service processes and handles complex inquiries, performs follow-ups, maintaining documentation and resolves customer issues in accordance with established procedures, and on occasion, refers inquiries to other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be responsible for:

• Liaison and coordination with planning and production teams, as well as order release.

• Review of inventories.

• Review of shipments made status.

• Transfer of models, shipments, runs.

• Maintain accurate and timely communication with clients/customers.

Requirements

We are looking for people who have Customer Service Representative experience. If this is you, get in touch.

As a minimum you must have:

• 1+ years of experience as a Customer Service Representative.

• Bachelor´s Degree in LNI, LRI, Engineering or related.

• Microsoft Office (Excel Avanced).

• SAP

• Advanced English.

It would be nice if you have:

• HVAC Knowledge

• Electronic Operations

Soft skills:

• Effective communication

• Customer service

• Good organization
