About the role:
As a Process quality specialist, you would be responsible for process improvement of more than 3 product manufacturing lines in the shop floor.
Role Responsibilities:
Drive quality policy adherence on shop floor to maintain highest levels of quality
Ensure quality data collection, analysis and drive corrective actions
Work with cross functional teams to meet the objectives
Drive kaizen culture in the shop floor activities
Ensure MIS meets the set targets
Role Purpose:
The candidate will be managing and leading 3 product lines for quality
The candidate will get exposure for new product development
Minimum Requirements:
Qualification of candidate should be BE/BTech in Mechanical/Electronic engineering
Must have worked in manufacturing environment
Must have min 5 to 7 years of experience in the field of process Improvement in the manufacturing organization.
