    • Plan and drive material requirements for prototype, pilot, and pre-production builds, including PO placement, expedites, escalation management, and sample tracking.

    • Partner with Sourcing on supplier selection, capacity assessment, tooling and long-lead item timelines, and supplier readiness milestones such as first article and PPAP/APQP where applicable.

    • Drive ECN implementation cycle time, program material cost attainment, and supplier readiness milestones to ensure key Supply Chain deliverables are completed within agreed targets.

    Requirements

    • Demonstrated experience leading Supply Chain deliverables for NPI programs or engineering change implementation.

    • Experience working in a manufacturing environment with cross-functional teams and direct supplier interaction.

    • Strong project coordination, problem-solving, communication, and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and program milestones
