About the role
As a Sr. Supervisor, NPI PMO – Supply Chain, you will lead Supply Chain execution for Commercial New Product Introduction (NPI) programs, ensuring material, supplier, and engineering change readiness throughout the program lifecycle. You will work cross-functionally with Engineering, Sourcing, Materials, Quality, and suppliers to drive critical deliverables, manage risks, and support successful product launches.
Key Responsibilities
As a Sr. Supervisor, NPI PMO – Supply Chain, you'll be responsible for:
Own the full supply chain deliverables for assigned Commercial NPI programs, representing Supply Chain in phase/gate reviews and reporting readiness status to program leadership.
Lead the supply chain execution of Engineering Change Notices (ECNs), including inventory impact assessment, cut-in/run-out strategy, obsolescence mitigation, and cross-functional alignment on implementation dates.
Plan and drive material requirements for prototype, pilot, and pre-production builds, including PO placement, expedites, escalation management, and sample tracking.
Partner with Sourcing on supplier selection, capacity assessment, tooling and long-lead item timelines, and supplier readiness milestones such as first article and PPAP/APQP where applicable.
Drive ECN implementation cycle time, program material cost attainment, and supplier readiness milestones to ensure key Supply Chain deliverables are completed within agreed targets.
Requirements

As a minimum you must have:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, International Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Materials Planning, Purchasing, or New Product Introduction (NPI), or 3+ years with a master's degree.
Demonstrated experience leading Supply Chain deliverables for NPI programs or engineering change implementation.
Experience working in a manufacturing environment with cross-functional teams and direct supplier interaction.
Strong project coordination, problem-solving, communication, and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and program milestones

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:
Experience with Engineering Change Notices (ECNs), inventory impact analysis, cut-in/run-out strategies, and obsolescence mitigation.
Experience with supplier readiness activities, including tooling, first article, PPAP, and/or APQP.
Experience managing prototype, pilot, and pre-production material requirements, including purchase orders, expedites, and sample tracking.
