About the role

As the Quality Analyst for CarrierCommercial Refrigeration in Central Quality Team, you’ll be responsible to resolve complaints from internal customers. You’ll have a chance to use your skills in teamwork, communication, mediation and be focused on a customer satisfaction. Part of your job will be data driven which means you’ll create reports in excel and other tools (Power BI). You’ll collaborate with internal parties, such as sales, distribution and engineering team and respond to customers inquiries.

As the Quality Analyst you will contribute to quality continuous improvement. This role has interface with various areas of the business (e.g., Product Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Factories, Sales, Solutions and Service).

Requirements

We are looking for people with passion for innovation, who are creative, proactive and have analytical thinking. If this is you, get in touch!

As a minimum you must have:

  • User knowledge of Excel & Word

  • English and Czech language (use on daily basis)

  • Understanding of the production processes

  • Analytical, Communicative, able to Mediate, Root Cause analysis and Problem Solving

  • Willingness to travel

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

  • Degree in Technical/Engineering Field

  • Project Management

  • SAP, Power BI

  • Formalized ISO 9001 Auditor Training

  • Formalized Quality tools Training & Problem-Solving Training

  • Reading of technical documentation

Responsibilities

As a Quality Analyst, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Responsible for quality projects for continuous improvement

  • Responsible for quality support for Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Factory, Solutions,

  • Responsible for processing, maintaining, and improving the Call Center and Warranty Database including training and interface with users

  • Responsible for problem scoping, root cause analysis and planning and implementation of actions for improvement

  • Responsible for supporting the resolution and arbitration of quality issues together with cross functional team

  • Responsible for data collection, consolidation, processing and analysis of Quality Metrics and other ad-hoc Reports

  • Responsible for follow up and data accuracy

  • Responsible for creation, review, and control of quality documents
