• Processing orders received via email or phone
• Provide quotations for spare parts
• Enter customer orders in SAP
• Check order statuses
• Create delivery documents (CMR)
• Contact customers regarding deliveries
• Invoice orders
• Communication between sales department and logistics
• Clarification of complaints
Order processing:
- Processing orders received by telephone or e-mail
- Creating offers for spare parts
- Order entry in SAP
- Checking order statuses
- Creating transport documents (CMR)
- Contacting customers to arrange delivery
- Preparing invoices
- Communicating with sales and forwarders
- Resolving complaints
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Good interpersonal skills
- Experience working in an office environment preferred
