About the role
Responsible for analyzing and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and productivity. This role drives continuous improvement initiatives, reduces waste, and enhances operational performance through Lean methodologies and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
As a Sr Assoc, Ind Engrg, you'll be responsible for:
Analyze production processes to identify improvement opportunities.
Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
Design and optimize layouts and workstations.
Requirements
We are looking for people who:
Increase productivity of production lines.
Reduce waste and non-value-added activities.
Generate annual savings through continuous improvement projects.

As a minimum you must have:
3–5 years of experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing, or continuous improvement.
Participation in Lean Manufacturing projects.
Experience in time and motion studies.
