About the Opportunity
We are seeking a self-directed and results driven Inside Sales, Air Distribution Products Specialist to join our Charlotte NC office. You will assist the Commercial HVAC Sales organization with rapid and accurate responses involving pre-sale and post-sale support. You will also provide technical support to customers, engineers, and mechanical contractors.

Key Responsibilities
Review plans and specifications to develop Air Distribution Product HVAC systems solutions.
Provide HVAC equipment selections, both new and replacements.
Provide technical support for the sale of Air Distribution Product HVAC systems to customers and their respective consulting engineers.
Seek new business opportunities by responding to RFQ's for new and/or existing customers.
Support Sales Team with new and existing accounts and introduction of new products.
Required Qualifications
Two-year degree.
2+ years of experience in the HVAC industry.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or other applicable, technical field.
A Business degree would be considered.
HVAC experience or knowledge of HVAC designs.
Commercial Applied Equipment experience.
Excellent interpersonal/influencing skills to work across the Carrier organization and with customers.
Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations, and to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal interpersonal skills; superior follow-up and follow-through skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail, while also able to handle multiple priorities.
Unwavering customer service orientation.
A strong work ethic is required, which includes positivity, sense of responsibility, integrity, accountability, sense of urgency, self-initiative, dedication, intellectual curiosity, and sense of ownership.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
