Use your warehousing, material flow, inventory control, and problem solving skills to lead a team with inventory movement activities in the production and warehousing areas, and oversee sales orders needing to ship.  An outstanding Materials Flow Lead should be dependable, possess a sense of urgency, and have excellent organizational and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily tasks for Material Attendants
  • Prioritization of material movement tasks to support production lines
  • Prioritization of sales orders to ship
  • Execute daily 5S routines and maintain all 5S standards
  • Perform daily, weekly, and yearly inventory control activities
  • Cycle counting physical inventory
  • Identify and analyze inventory discrepancies
  • Performing inventory movement in JDE
  • Engaged in problem solving in production and warehouse areas
  • Communicating across multiple departments
  • Work independently with little direct supervision to meet daily goals and drive business improvements

Required Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • 3+ years of experience in Production or Warehousing

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent systems skills: MS Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience in ERP/MRP systems
  • Experience using Warehouse Management Systems
  • Strong working knowledge of production and warehouse operations
