About this role
This position is for an experienced Materials Planning and Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) professional dedicated to our Aftermarket segment. You willbe responsible forthe supply and demand planning process, making improvements to systems and processes to enhance the performance of the work area and team. You will collaborate with internal teams to develop financial forecasts,optimizetheutilizationof business resources, and ensure customer delivery expectations for replacement parts and accessories are met.

Key Responsibilities
Purchasing & Sourcing:Manage the PO placement process and support the buying/sourcing team to ensure parts and accessories are quoted and sourcedin a timely manner.
Material Planning & SIOP Strategy:Develop and implement strategies for aftermarket materials planning and SIOP to guaranteetimelyavailability of parts for customer demand.
Supplier Coordination:Collaborate with suppliers to confirmtimelydelivery of materials and resolve any supply chain issues or delays.
Demand Forecasting:Work with product development, sales, and marketing teams toidentifydemand streams and developaccurateforecasts based on market trends.
Capacity Planning:Coordinate with manufacturing operations to develop monthly production volume planning using business forecasts, inventory positions, and actual customer orders.
Inventory Management:Monitorand manage inventory levels tooptimizestock, reduce excess inventory, and track metrics to drive results and continuous improvement.
Process Improvement:Identifyand developnew technologiesand standardized processes to improve materials planning capability, sustainability, and reliability.
Reporting & Data Analysis:Analyze material usage trends and prepare regular reports on material status, inventory levels,purchasingactivities, and supply chain performance.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelorsdegreewith a minimum of5years years of experience in supply chainOradvanced degree with a minimum of3 years of experience.
3+ years specifically in material planning andpurchasing.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s orMaster’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration.
Certification in APICS (Association for Supply Chain Management) or similar.
Proficiencyin material planning software and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or JDE.
Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment, specifically with international sourcing and procurement.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills witha high levelof detail orientation.
Excellent English communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills for team collaboration and presentations.
Additional Information
Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the USA.

Pay Range
The annual salary for this position is between $79,000.00 - $158,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.Other Compensation
This position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.Benefits
