About the Role


The Product Manager – AI / Analytics will play a critical role in shaping and delivering Carrier’s next generation of analytics, AI/ML, GenAI, and Agentic AI products. This role partners closely with executive stakeholders and global technology teams to define strategy, prioritize investments, and deliver scalable AI‑powered solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
This role owns the product vision and roadmap end‑to‑end, leads delivery across globally distributed teams, and serves as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders. The ideal candidate brings a strong analytics foundation, deep understanding of modern AI capabilities, and a strong bias toward action—moving efficiently from concept to value while designing enterprise‑scale solutions.

Key Responsibilities

As a Product Manager / AI Analytics , you'll be responsible for:

Product Strategy & Roadmap Ownership

  • As a Product Manager – AI / Analytics, you will:

  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and multi‑year roadmap for AI, analytics, GenAI, and Agentic AI products aligned to business priorities.

  • Identify and prioritize high‑impact use cases across domains such as Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Service, Commercial, and Corporate Functions.

  • Develop business cases, value hypotheses, and success metrics to guide investment decisions and measure outcomes.

Executive Engagement & Stakeholder Leadership

  • Drive executive‑level conversations, translating complex analytics and AI capabilities into clear business value narratives.

  • Act as a strategic partner to senior business leaders, ensuring solutions align with operational and strategic objectives.

  • Balance competing priorities across functions and regions while ensuring transparency, governance, and alignment.

AI / Analytics Product Delivery

  • Lead cross‑functional delivery teams spanning data engineering, analytics engineering, data science, ML engineering, and GenAI engineering across multiple geographies.

  • Own and manage the product backlog with well‑defined epics, features, and user stories that deliver incremental value.

  • Partner closely with engineering teams to guide solution design, technical trade‑offs, and delivery sequencing.

  • Drive delivery of:

  • Advanced analytics and BI products

  • AI/ML models (predictive, prescriptive, optimization)

  • GenAI solutions (copilots, knowledge assistants, summarization, Q&A)

  • Agentic AI workflows that automate multi‑step business processes with appropriate controls

Scale, Adoption & Value Realization

  • Ensure solutions are designed for enterprise scale, reliability, security, and governance.

  • Drive adoption and change management, embedding analytics and AI into business workflows.

  • Monitor KPIs, user feedback, and business impact metrics, continuously refining the roadmap based on outcomes.

  • Partner with platform, architecture, and governance teams to align with enterprise standards and responsible AI practices.

  • Balance innovation speed with disciplined product management and scalable architecture.

Requirements

We are looking for people who are strategic, analytical, collaborative, and execution‑focused. If this is you, get in touch.

As a minimum you must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • 10+ years of experience in analytics, data, or AI product management or closely related roles.

  • Strong foundation in data analytics, business intelligence, and data platforms.

  • Demonstrated experience partnering with engineering and data science teams to deliver complex AI or data products.

  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across diverse teams.

  • Experience working in Agile / product‑centric delivery models.

  • Advanced English proficiency.

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

  • Hands‑on experience delivering AI/ML, GenAI, and/or Agentic AI products in an enterprise environment.

  • Familiarity with modern data and AI platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Power BI).

  • Understanding of MLOps / LLMOps, AI governance, and responsible AI practices.

  • Experience leading products delivered by distributed or global teams.
