The Role

We are seeking a solution-focused HVAC Sales professional to drive growth across our region. This role is responsible for actively engaging with customers, identifying opportunities, and delivering tailored HVAC solutions that meet both commercial and sustainability goals.

Combining strong technical HVAC knowledge with a consultative sales approach, you will play a critical role in achieving regional sales targets, expanding our customer base, and delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial engagement through to after-sales support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver solution-based HVAC offerings, advising customers on the most effective and energy-efficient systems for their needs

  • Present technical information and product demonstrations, supporting customer education on energy efficiency and decarbonisation

  • Collaborate with regional and country sales teams to identify opportunities and execute growth strategies

  • Prepare competitive quotations and proposals, ensuring strong commercial outcomes and profitability

  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through outstanding service and responsiveness

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and market developments

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular reporting on sales performance

About You

  • Substantial experience in the HVAC industry or a related mechanical services field

  • Proven experience leading technical teams and managing HVAC projects

  • Strong ability to drive results through effective sales leadership and collaboration

  • Confident chairing meetings and facilitating reviews and deliverables

  • Highly customer-focused, with a strong sense of urgency and accountability

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
