About this role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Engineer Manufacturing Engineering to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing control systems to streamline and optimize manufacturing processes. This role requires a strong understanding of control systems, automation, and manufacturing principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop control systems and software to meet operational needs and project specifications.
  • Conduct system analysis to evaluate functionality and identify areas for improvement.
  • Program and configure PLCs, SCADA, DCS, and other control interfaces to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with other engineers, project managers, and clients to ensure systems integration and operability.
  • Test and troubleshoot control components to ensure robustness and safety of the system.
  • Maintain and upgrade existing control systems to enhance efficiency and longevity.
  • Provide support and training to other engineers and users on how to operate the newly implemented or modified systems.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain documentation of procedures and configurations.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and sustainability

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering
  • 5+ years of experience in control engineering
  • 3+ years HVAC manufacturing experience
  • 2+ years test engineering experience
  • 1+ years manufacturing engineering experience in commercial HVAC manufacturing
  • 2+ years reliability engineering experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MS in Computer Engineering
  • 1+ years’ experience with LabVIEW, MATLAB
