About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst and Support Specialist to play a key role in optimizing the day-to-day operations of the Boca Office. This role will support the systems used by the teams in our Boca Raton, FL headquarters and within the field.  This role is responsible for analysis, resolution, and training on the systems to ensure team members can accurately and efficiently use the platforms.  The ideal candidate will have experience working with enterprise systems and the ability to troubleshoot and problem solve. They should also have great communication skills and an ability to identify and solve for process inefficiencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis and Error Resolution: Leverage enterprise systems to identify, analyze, and resolve data discrepancies, ensuring data integrity and consistency across both platforms.
  • System Expertise and Support: Act as the in-house subject matter expert for enterprise systems, delivering ongoing support to field technicians across 40 branches and the billing team in Boca. Resolve inquiries, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure seamless operations by providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Platform Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams and platform specialists. Manage support ticket processes by opening, tracking, and ensuring timely follow-up to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Collaborative Problem-Solving: Partner with billing and field teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues. Take ownership of system challenges, driving collaborative solutions and optimizing workflows to enhance team performance.
  • Training and Development: Spearhead training initiatives for field and home office teams, focusing on best practices for utilizing Salesforce, ServiceMax, and Infor M3. Promote ongoing skill development and system proficiency, ensuring continuous improvement and boosting cross-departmental efficiency.
  • Process Improvement: Assess and document current business processes related to system usage, identifying areas of inefficiency and recommending strategic solutions to streamline workflows and improve overall operational performance.
  • Project Management: Support the successful implementation of system-related projects, facilitating smooth transitions and ensuring seamless system adoption by teams across the organization.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 2+ years of experience working with enterprise systems
  • 2+ years of experience in Microsoft Office Suite
  • 2+ years of experience using Salesforce

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree
  • A demonstrated ability to resolve system discrepancies and technical challenges.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Infor M3, and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and resolve system issues.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify process inefficiencies and offer actionable solutions for improvement. Experience in troubleshooting system-related issues with minimal supervision.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to train and present technical concepts to non-technical users across multiple departments.
