Noresco is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team and take advantage of a great opportunity!

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist project Team with monthly reporting, communications, and follow-up of project staff. 
  • The ability to work with and support project teams that work remote and are not typically in the project site office. 
  • Assist and take ownership of construction project administration and documentation functions including supporting project managers with:
  • Project Meeting Minutes - taking notes, updating, and disseminating to project participants for subcontractor and client meetings. 
  • Accounting Support– Client and subcontractor invoicing, Generation and the Processing of Purchase Orders, Job Cost and Payroll Reports, Check Requests, and Job Cost Adjustments, Project set up and Closure.
  • Bidding Support – Assist in the preparation of Bid Documents, Subcontractor Participation Tracking and Qualification Packages Review
  • Project Set-Up – Assisting with site-set-up, project binders, files, ordering supplies and materials and safety equipment
  • General Administration Support - Project correspondence reports, invoicing, documentation QC, reproductions and other tasks that fall under general administration needs
  • Legal - Verify proper Insurance for Subcontractors and Vendors, assist Project Managers with Change Order generation.
  • Project O&M Manuals - Development and production of all aspects of O&M manuals including coordination with other departments while establishing due dates and driving deliverables to completion
  • Project Closeout – Including filing and archiving of Project Documents
  • Rebate Assistance - Filing, assisting with rebate applications and archiving project documents.
  • General Office Assistance including ordering office supplies, breakroom supplies and office communications etc.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, GED, Associate’s Degree, or completion of a minimum of two years of post-secondary education or technical training.
  • 3+ years of managing multiple large projects
  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in engineering, construction or manufacturing environment a plus as well as understanding of construction terminology.
  • Expertise in preparing and working with general and complex Excel spreadsheets/workbooks.
  • Utilization of the following Software programs: SharePoint, Newforma, Cognos Reporting and other NORESCO programs in addition to proficiencies of software requirements. Experience working with Newforma Document Management System a plus
  • Ability to read, write and comprehend applicable written and/or oral instructions.
  • Develop and assist with written communications and correspondence as needed.
  • Understand how to coordinate project planning meetings with internal and external user groups.
  • Work on special projects inclusive of process improvement for construction group inclusive forms, documents, and procedures.
  • Excellent time management and superior organizational skills required.
  • Possess knowledge of accounting and budget processes.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work 40+ hours per week.
