The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading, maintaining, and generating collaborative relationships with a national customer base. This position will engage with existing factory sales team, marketing functions, and an existing distributor channel to transform relationships into partnerships that result in profitable growth for company and customer partners.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the segment from end to end.
Creation and distribution of program trending and performance metrics including Ad Hoc requests.
Working with cross departmental partners in pursuit of project goals.
Ensure that the project is on track and all applicable tollgates are satisfied on schedule.
Coordinate the digital integrations to build out the end-to-end process, in collaboration with the business and digital team.
Drive the program strategy that leads to the overall program success that includes but is not limited to the customers, channel, vendor management partners and Carrier.
Build relationships with the channel in key markets.
Ensure that change management processes are followed in accordance with company guidelines.
Maintain audit and decision logs and reporting in all aspects of the program.
Work closely with finance to ensure accruals / rebates are accounted for and completed per agreement.
Work with the customers and dealers to provide leadership to the team and client.
Develop and monitor the project work plan, project schedule, fees, contracts, change orders.
Responsible for business development including building out a sales pipeline and driving organic growth with existing customers.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma/GED
3+ years HVAC sales experience
Valid Driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications
BA/BS degree in business, marketing, or other related disciplines
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with customers at all levels, both on a technical and business basis
Proven ability to influence customers’ key decision-makers
Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Self-motivated to achieve annual goals and objectives

Pay Range:
