1.      负责制订大区的区域发展规划，重点是新网络客户拓展计划、老网络客户维护计划，已支持销售的战略目标实施和完成；

2.      根据部门计划，带领大区团队， 完成大区的各项目标，支持公司的销售，利润和回款年度计划的完成

3.      负责制订产品结构需求计划，经销商拓展规划及大区的费用利润规划，并组织实施；

4.      负责制订大区团队成员的销售，订单，回款等目标，并合理分配费用预算，完善各项费用管理，支持团队成员各项目标的完成；

5.      负责大区团队成员绩效和发展管理，识别并发展团队关键人员，维护团队稳定

6.      部门主管交代的其他工作
