About the role

As a Production Supervisor, you will lead daily manufacturing operations and coordinate shift activities to ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are consistently achieved.

This role plays a keypartinmaintainingoperational continuity, solving production issues in real time, and driving performance across multiple shifts—directlyimpactingcustomer satisfaction and delivery commitments.

Key Responsibilities

As a Product Engineer,you'llbe responsible for:

  • New Product Introduction (NPI) Support

  • Support execution of NPI projects from development through production launch.

  • Participate in prototype builds, pilot runs, and launch readiness activities.

  • Coordinate assigned deliverables with cross-functional teams.

  • Support risk identification and mitigation activities during product launches.

  • Engineering Change Management

  • Support implementation and tracking of Engineering Change Notices (ECNs).

  • Evaluate impactstoBills of Material (BOM), processes, tooling, and documentation.

  • Ensure engineering records and product documentation remain current andaccurate.

  • Coordinate implementation activities with manufacturing and support teams.

  • Product Engineering Support

  • Analyze technical problems using structured problem-solving methodologies.

  • Support root cause investigations and corrective action implementation.

  • Assistin improving product performance and reliability.

  • Assistinexecutionof engineering validation plans.

Requirements

We are looking for results-driven, hands-on leaders with strong operational focus and problem-solving capabilities. If this is you, get in touch.

As a minimum you must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience leading production teams (Supervisor, Team Leader, or similar role).

  • Advanced Englishproficiency.

  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools (Standard Work, SPC, Line Balancing).

  • Experience with problem-solving methodologies (A3, 8D, 5 Whys, DMAIC).

  • Proven experience working cross-functionally with Quality, Maintenance, Manufacturing Engineering, and Planning teams.

Work Schedule

This position requires availability to work rotating shifts (Day & Afternoon):

• Shift 1: 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
• Shift 2:4:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

• Six Sigma certification (any level).

• Experience in automated manufacturing environments.

• Experienceparticipatingin continuous improvement projects or production line start-ups.
