About the role
As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading daily manufacturing operations and coordinating shift activities to ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met. This is a critical role supporting 2–3 shift operations, addressing production issues in real time, and ensuring operational continuity that directly impacts customer satisfaction and demand fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities
As a Production Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing Production teams to ensure safe, efficient, and goal-aligned operations.

  • Managing direct labor according to required capacity to meet production demand, maximizing Labor Efficiency.

  • Developing and executing operational strategies aligned with production objectives.

  • Establishing clear, measurable operational goals focused on results.

  • Monitoring production plans and line performance, driving improvements in Safety, Quality, and Productivity.

  • Actively participating in real-time production problem solving, maintaining close interaction with operators and processes.

  • Collaborating closely with Maintenance, Planning, Materials, Quality, Safety, and Training teams to achieve departmental goals.

  • Managing the Production area budget and ensuring adherence to approved spending.

  • Ensuring compliance with Quality Management Systems (ISO) and Safety standards.

  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence projects.

  • Maintaining optimal and world-class 5S standards across production lines.

  • Fostering positive labor relations and constructive collaboration with union representatives and leaders.

  • Tracking, analyzing, and ensuring compliance with departmental KPIs.

  • Developing production employees through training, coaching, and performance evaluations.

  • Ensuring fair and consistent management of employee development, recognition, and rewards.

  • Proposing and implementing new ideas, practices, and processes aligned with industry best practices.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience leading a production area (Facilitator, Team Leader, Supervisor, or Superintendent).

  • Advanced English proficiency.

  • Knowledge of Continuous Improvement tools: Lean Manufacturing, Standard Work, SPC, Line Balancing.

  • Experience with problem-solving methodologies: A3, 8D, 5 Whys, DMAIC, Red X.

  • Proven experience leading production teams and working cross-functionally with Quality, Maintenance, Manufacturing Engineering, and Planning.

  • Although not required, it’s nice if you have:

  • Six Sigma certification (any level).

  • Experience in automated manufacturing environments.

  • Participation in continuous improvement projects or line start-ups.


Work Schedule

  • Rotating shifts (Day & Afternoon)

  • Shift 1: 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

  • Shift 2: 4:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
