About the role
This role will be in charge of securing a flawless execution of daily operation and LeanTransformation changes, andextendlifecycle of facilities and operation assets.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Mgr, Manufacturing - Operations, you’ll be responsible for:
Coordinating manufacturing, maintenance and plant facilities teams
Managing and control the repairs and maintenance budget without compromising reliability of machines and equipment at the same time that meet compliance with safety standards
Deploying and executing strategies such as Professional Maintenance to ensure availability and proper operation of machines and equipment of the site
Ensuring resources to achieve Lean Transformation Plan, New Product Introduction, Productivity projects objectives from the point of view of manufacturing, maintenance and facilities
Requirements
We are looking for people who are results oriented, data driven and problem solve with an analytical and preventing approach. If this is you, get in touch.
As a minimum you must have:
BSc in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechatronics or Systems)
10 years of experience in operations, manufacturing and maintenance
5 years experience in a leadership role
Technical knowledge in Maintenance and Facilities
Experience in PLC Automation (Allen Bradley)
Experience in root-cause analysis, world-class manufacturing and professional maintenance
Advanced English (required)
Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification
Master's degree in Administration
Soft skills

Communication
Ability to manage priorities
