Learning and Development Specialist

LOC5017: Carrier - Finance Shared, Galeana 469 Ote, Santa Catarina, 66350 MexicoAs a Talent and Learning Development Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and evaluating talent development and training programs to foster professional growth within the organization. Collaborate with HR leaders and teams to identify development needs, create effective learning strategies and ensure employees have the tools they need to advance their careers.
Role Responsibilities
- Partner with global talent coe, HR business partners and business leaders to implement global strategic Talent activities in the region.
- Global learning and developing program management, training transaction support
- Translate global training materials and corporate trainings, schedule and facilitate sessions in local languages.
- Manage Learning Management System deployment, activation and system admin support on tools, system navigating and report generating.
- Talent development related knowledge articles’ creation and management.
- Handle complex query consulting in Service Now system within certain SLA and customer satisfaction rating, summarize and escalate most frequent asked questions to enhance knowledge transformation in the organization.
- Promote and sustain Inclusion & Diversity practices, embed core culture led behaviors in workshops and communication.
- Global M&A Talent and learning development integration support.
Requirements
- Graduate or postgraduate from a university / institution of repute with Human Resources or similar background
- Relevant HR functional experience of 3 years, ideally in Talent, L&D, HR generalist or similar functional expertise area with a multi-national organization
- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders, assertive by conviction and collaborative by nature with strong people skills.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ownership on execution multiple tasks with a high drive for results.
- Proven digital literacy competence for Microsoft software (PPT/Word/Excel) and zoom meeting.
- Good command of English as a working language.
- French language (desirable).
