Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) activities from concept through full production ramp-up.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Engineering) to ensure successful product launches.

  • Develop and validate manufacturing processes, tooling, fixtures, and work instructions for new products.

  • Support pilot builds, PFMEA, control plans, and production readiness reviews.

  • Identify and mitigate risks related to cost, quality, delivery, and manufacturability during NPI phases.

  • Utilize 3D design tools to support fixture, tooling, and layout concepts during NPI phases.

Role Purpose:

  • Ensure smooth and timely introduction of new products into manufacturing while meeting safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets.

  • Act as the technical link between product design and manufacturing operations.

  • Reduce launch risks, stabilize processes early, and accelerate time-to-market for new programs.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

  • Experience in New Product Introduction (NPI), manufacturing engineering, or industrialization in a production environment.

  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, PFMEA, control plans, and continuous improvement tools.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and lead technical discussions with multiple stakeholders.

  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).

  • Knowledge of 3D design software (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo, AutoCAD or similar) for tooling, fixtures, and layout support.

  • Basic knowledge of PLC systems (logic understanding, troubleshooting support, and coordination with controls teams).
