Import Export Analyst

About the Role

Coordinate the timely submission of import/export documentation and requirements, ensuring the efficient customs clearance of CARRIER shipments through different customs offices. Responsible for controlling the logistics budget.

Ensure compliance with and enforcement of CTPAT/OEA Secure Supply Chain Programs.

Established Materials & Logistics professional responsible for activities involving materials and logistics, including reviewing invoices, conducting inventory controls, tracking shipments, and coordinating storage facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the coordination of storage facilities when required to ensure materials are properly stored.
• Examine invoices and shipping manifests for compliance with tariff and customs regulations, ensuring legal compliance.
• Conduct inventory control, analysis, and classification according to material management procedures to ensure the effective use of resources and successful logistics execution.
• Prepare or oversee the preparation of correspondence, reports, and operations, maintenance, and safety manuals to establish the required range and depth of spare parts, tools, and testing equipment.
• Track goods while in transit and expedite orders when necessary to ensure on-time delivery.
• Optimize and control logistics costs.
• Ensure compliance with and enforcement of secure supply chain programs (CTPAT/OEA).

Minimum Requirements

• 85% English proficiency (spoken, written, and listening).
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, International Trade, or a related field.
• Strong communication and analytical thinking skills..
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• CTPAT and OEA experience
