Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Drive long-term ethics and compliance strategies.
• Advisory Role: Offer compliance advice and report on program effectiveness.
• Program Deployment: Implement and improve compliance programs.
• Supervision: Oversee and support local Ethics and Compliance Officers.
• Investigations and Audits: Conduct and document internal investigations and audits.
• Continuous Improvement: Enhance Carrier’s compliance programs and support ESG policies.

Skills that we are looking for:

• In-depth knowledge of international and Group legal and compliance standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills at all levels.
• Analytical and synthesis skills.
• Understanding of operational, financial, and systemic processes.
• Pragmatic & strong problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in English and proficient in office tools.
• Proven ability to work with all management levels and provide strategic vision for compliance programs.
• Business acumen and soft skills: Confidentiality, Autonomy, Discretion, effective communication, Diplomacy, Pedagogy.
