About this role
Lead and execute Carrier’s ethics and compliance strategy in the EMEA region. Provide compliance advice, influence senior leadership, and ensure effective deployment of compliance programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Drive long-term ethics and compliance strategies.
- Advisory Role: Offer compliance advice and report on program effectiveness.
- Program Deployment: Implement and improve compliance programs.
- Supervision: Oversee and support local Ethics and Compliance Officers.
- Investigations and Audits: Conduct and document internal investigations and audits.
- Continuous Improvement: Enhance Carrier’s compliance programs and support ESG policies.
Skills that we are looking for:
- In-depth knowledge of international and Group legal and compliance standards.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills at all levels.
- Analytical and synthesis skills.
- Understanding of operational, financial, and systemic processes.
- Pragmatic & strong problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in English and proficient in office tools.
- Proven ability to work with all management levels and provide strategic vision for compliance programs.
- Business acumen and soft skills: Confidentiality, Autonomy, Discretion, effective communication, Diplomacy, Pedagogy.
