About the role
Carrier’s Digital Sales and Serve (DSS) Center of Excellence (COE) team is enabling higher digital customer experience capabilities throughout the enterprise. Through centralized investment in technology, talent, and business transformation the team aims to solidify Carrier’s position as a leader in sales enablement, service, digital commerce and MarTech spaces.
This person will collaborate and work closely with the DSS COE product, engineering, and implementation teams to meet roadmap and new initiative commitments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA testing, with a focus on Adobe marketing products.
- Proven track record of developing and executing test plans and test cases.
- Hands-on experience with test automation and performance testing.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred
- Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) certification in Adobe Experience Manager or Adobe Campaign.
- Experience working in a global manufacturing or industrial company.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins or Bamboo.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Experience in industrial/manufacturing software segments
- Experience integrating Adobe with external systems using native connectors, integration software, and/or APIs required
Key Skills
- Strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Campaign, and other Adobe marketing products.
- Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
- Experience with performance testing tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Adobe marketing products, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, to understand requirements and provide feedback on design and implementation.
- Perform functional, regression, and performance testing on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Campaign, and other Adobe marketing tools.
- Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Automate test cases using industry-standard tools and frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance code quality and maintainability.
- Stay updated with the latest Adobe marketing product features and industry best practices to continuously improve testing processes.
- Provide training and support to junior QA team members, fostering a culture of quality and excellence.
