About the role

Carrier’s Digital Sales and Serve (DSS) Center of Excellence (COE) team is enabling higher digital customer experience capabilities throughout the enterprise. Through centralized investment in technology, talent, and business transformation the team aims to solidify Carrier’s position as a leader in sales enablement, service, digital commerce and MarTech spaces.

This person will collaborate and work closely with the DSS COE product, engineering, and implementation teams to meet roadmap and new initiative commitments. This involves formalizing requirements, running agile ceremonies, and supporting the delivery of technical initiatives within specific time frames and budgets. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 5+ years of professional supporting enterprise-level engineering teams building marketing capabilities leveraging Adobe and/or similar tools.
  • 5+ years of experience working JIRA as seen by experience creating and managing JIRA boards, implementing best practices and creating sprint dashboards.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Agile methodologies in a working environment – demand prioritization, planning, and execution to deliver software solutions.
  • Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel skills
  • Fluent spoken and written English

Preferred

  • Master’s degree and/or similar secondary degree.
  • 5+ years of experience as Product Owner with experience in the industrial and/or manufacturing industry.
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification.
  • Knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFE)
  • Experience working with multicultural, multilingual, and multiple time zone, global environments
  • The ability to simplify the complex, quickly define core problem and frame the solution approach
  • Experience in industrial/manufacturing software segments
  • Proficiency in Miro, or similar presentation tools

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with development team to identify and prioritize product features based on business needs, customer feedback, and market research.
  • Work with Carrier’s marketing, sales and development teams to define requirements, build and maintain product roadmaps, and ensure timely delivery of features.
  • Ensure that Adobe technology products meet user experience and design standards, and work with the design team to deliver high-quality user experiences.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation as well as oversee the development and delivery of Adobe marketing products, ensuring timely and high-quality releases.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices for global enterprise industrial companies.
  • Articulate and define user stories and iterations and drives delivery goals via prioritized stories with acceptance criteria for delivery.
  • Work with the customer experience teams and business unit partners to guide customer research to gain "voice of the customer" insight and leverage the learnings in digital experience design to understand customers' goals.
  • Manage solutions design and delivery in collaboration with Digital to enable speedy integration and implementation of robust digital business architecture and platform.
  • Understand the needs of the consumers, internal Carrier teams, and 3rd parties related to specific capabilities of Carrier’s enterprise platforms to deliver continuous improvements.
  • Establish work breakdown structures (programs, projects, tasks), monitor team workload, and identify project risks, dependencies, and milestones.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Track product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
