Part Engineer

Part Engineer (Steel Parts)

Key Responsibilities

• Support preparation of new dies, tooling, jigs, and equipment

• Assist in die trials and ensure parts meet drawing and specification requirements

• Support painting process trials and validation

• Assist in process design and preparation of standard work documents

• Provide technical support and help resolve quality issues

• Support productivity, cost reduction (CR), and value analysis (VA) activities

• Assist in material consumption control and SAP data maintenance

• Support capacity confirmation and improvement activities

• Assist in packing design for parts delivery

• Support die modification, repair, and maintenance

• Support supplier audits and new supplier evaluations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Tools Engineering, or related field

• Fresh graduates are welcome

• Internship or manufacturing experience is a plus
