Responsibilities:

• Receive order from customer and process shipment with on time delivery.
• Coordinate with purchasing and planning team to get parts availability.
• Follow up with packing team to finish packing base on plan.
• Follow up customer instruction.
• Contact and follow up Logistics Coordinator for shipping schedule.
• Contact the customer’s shipping company to arrange for goods pickup for Domestics customer
• Data analytics: Orders, Backlog
• Upload service manual and service parts list to website.
• Coordinate with Purchasing section, structure team and Accounting for cost generation for new service parts item.
• Set service parts price by timing and by yearly.
• Set target level stocked service parts.
• Review service parts retention years.
• Contact with Design for any question from customers, to check alternative parts.
• Follow up service parts list and service manual with Design team for keep on time to provide service parts list and service manual to customer.
• Contact with Quality team for market claim case.
• Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field
• At least 5 years of experience in Export and logistics
• Good Command of English and computer literacy
• Able to work under pressure
• Able to work outside of working hours
