About This Role

This position is for a Warehouse Coordinator who is able to work independently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate can solve problems in warehouse logistics, scheduling, and efficient material handling. The Warehouse Coordinator works with staff in gathering, verifying, and processing material documentation, purchase orders reconciliation, and works with Operations Manager on assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and dispatch technician daily work orders for repairs while ensuring scope of work and time requirements are well communicated
  • Schedule and process daily material deliveries/shipping tasks
  • Manage prioritization of warehouse operations and inventory accuracy while optimizing documentation to align with project requirements
  • Input data accurately into purchasing system
  • Prepare finished goods for shipment
  • Collaborate with project teams, contractors and vendors for pickup and delivery of materials
  • Assist with deliveries as needed   
  • Will support the Business Operations team with reconciliation of material tracking and receiving
  • Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse

Required Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License
  • 6+ months of experience with a sit-down propane forklift
  • 6+ months of experience of data entry
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Sit-down forklift certification 
  • Experienced with inventory management (i.e. skilled in organizing and tracking inventory to maintain accuracy and efficiency
  • Experience with Safety Compliance (i.e. knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and practices)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
