About this role

The Program Leader, Global SIOP Strategist will support key strategic programs for the global SIOP organization at the executive level. This role is a strong program manager with deep knowledge and highly developed technical expertise who leads in the supply and demand planning process, and is responsible for making significant improvements of processes, systems, and products to enhance performance within the team. Works with internal and external team leaders to develop financial forecasts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acts as a program manager to support SIOP Executive at World Headquarters in the execution and communication of strategic vision.

  • Manage department and organizational reporting of SIOP transformation initiatives for a team of 6-8 executives, including developing action plans, and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communications/presentations.

  • Lead daily operations with the support of the Executive Assistant including development and execution of a SIOP business management system (BMS) and organization management system (OMS), organizing corporate events and workshops, SIOP strategy sessions, help new employee onboarding, and other strategic supplier projects.

  • Develop and implement the global SIOP communication and recognition strategy.

  • Improve current team processes and execute sustainable initiatives by leveraging change communication and strong relationships with the executive team.

  • Independently manage key strategic projects aligned to SIOP strategy including supervising rotation program and intern talent.

  • Spearheads tracking of appropriate metrics to drive results and continuous improvement.

Deliverables:

  • Preparation and delivery of SIOP BMS

  • Work with Ops Comms and Corporate Comms team to build and deliver SIOP communication and recognition outcome

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 12 + years of experience in Operations, SIOP, Supply Chain OR Master’s Degree and 10+ years’ experience in Operations, SIOP or Supply Chain

  • 3 + years of experience in program management or project management using agile and /or program project methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA

  • PMP certification

  • 2+ years in top-tier management consulting

  • Experience influencing and speaking/presenting to Executive and Senior Leadership.

  • Adept user of Microsoft Office Tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint

  • Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

  • Ability to communicate ideas in a concise manner.

  • Highly self-motivated and directed.

  • Ability to effectively prioritize, stay organized and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
