Autronica Fire & Security AS is seeking a motivated and independent Project Controller to join our Finance organization. As Autronica’s Project Controller you are going to be part of a diverse, international environment. You will play a key role working together with the financial team and project teams in the Autronica Group in Norway, Denmark and globally. The role can be based in one of our offices in Norway: Stavanger, Oslo, Trondheim or Bergen.
Your main responsibilities will be
As a Project Controller you will oversee financial management of our customer project portfolio. Your key responsibilities in this position will include performing monthly reviews of the project portfolio with project managers, ensuring that cost estimates and forecasts are accurate, perform analysis of the project portfolio performance and reconciling the POC entries to GL.
Additionally, the position has responsibilities over the entire project portfolio of Autronica Group including process harmonization, group project portfolio reconciliation and reporting.
Qualifications we are looking for
We are looking for a Specialist who demonstrates strong administrative and organizational skills. You pay attention to detail and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics or other relevant field,
- A minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in a Finance / Accounting role, preferably within industrial manufacturing,
- Written and verbal communication skills in English,
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and utilizing ERP / Business Systems,
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment with tight deadlines.
Nice if you also have:
- Proficiency in one of the Nordic languages (Norwegian, Danish, Swedish)
- Experience from project accounting and project management,
- Ability to work independently and in cross functional teams,
- Experience in JD Edwards / Power BI / Hyperion
