About the role: 

The role involves

• Generate VRV/VRF, AMC, and retrofit business opportunities from existing and new customers.

• Develop strong relationships with customers and dealers to drive service sales.

• Address customer concerns, resolve product-related issues, and provide technical support.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer queries and service requirements.

• Conduct regular customer visits and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

Revenue & Business Development

• Drive revenue and order booking for VRF HVAC projects.

• Develop relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, MEP consultants, and end customers.

• Identify new VRF project opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

• Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate with customers, and close orders.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

• Monitor Service profitability, margins, collections, and outstanding payments.

• Identify opportunities for additional sales, upgrades, and change orders.

• 3-4 years of experience in HVAC, preferably with significant experience in VRF/VRV systems.

• Strong understanding of VRF system design, selection, installation, testing, and commissioning.

• Proven track record in HVAC/VRF sales and revenue generation.

• Experience managing commercial and Service execution responsibilities.

• Good knowledge of HVAC drawings, ducting/piping concepts, controls, and BMS integration.

• Strong negotiation, customer management, and Service management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple Customers and Dealers simultaneously.

• Good communication and leadership skills.

• Willingness to travel to Customer sites as required.
