The role

Head Of Command Data Center Europe oversees and coordinates commissioning, maintenance, and repair activities for data center cooling projects across Europe, ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, technical capability development, and effective issue resolution through close collaboration with internal teams, customers, and service partners.

Key responsabilities

• The Control Tower manager Data Center Europe makes sure/co-ordinates the proper execution of commissioning, maintenance contracts, and repair work for Data Center cooling projects in Europe. They ensure the service operations commitments to clients in Europe and operational performance in connection with internal technical Carrier teams, clients, and external partners. Coordinates, prioritizes and resolves issues encountered by a more experienced team/multiple teams.
• Manage the execution of field service orders specific to the Data Center market.
• Identify local technical skills to set up individual training for the different engineers across Europe
• Reviews escalated issues that will impact the business and provide recommendations for solutions.
• Possesses strong technical/product knowledge.
• Manages more experienced team according to established programs and objectives.
• Quality Issue Management
• Contacts customer, collects feedback, and establishes and maintains good relationship with key customers.
• Responds to complaints of high-profile customers, carries out the customer satisfaction investigation, and establishes the appropriate improvement plan.
• Coaches team members to ensure operational achievements are met.

Profile required

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of experience in field service, operations, or project execution within HVAC, cooling systems, data centers, or critical environments.
• Proven experience managing and developing technical service teams across multiple countries or regions.
• Strong technical knowledge of cooling solutions, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities.
• Experience in customer relationship management, including handling escalations and driving customer satisfaction improvements.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple priorities, manage operational performance, and resolve complex issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with customers, internal teams, and external partners.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage. Willingness to travel across Europe as required.

Fourchette de rémunération

La rémunération annuelle pour ce poste est comprise entre €51,500.00-€103,500.00 par an.Les facteurs pouvant influencer la rémunération incluent notamment les compétences, la formation, l’expérience et d’autres qualifications spécifiques du candidat retenu. Les facteurs pouvant influencer la rémunération au sein de cette fourchette comprennent, sans s’y limiter, les compétences, le niveau d’études, l’expérience, l’éventuelle couverture par une convention collective, la rémunération habituellement pratiquée sur le marché pour ce poste, ainsi que toute autre qualification particulière du candidat retenu.[
