Riello North America has an opening for a Technical Administrator – Engineering and Service (1-year contract). This role is a great fit for you if you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at building and maintaining good professional relationships and while being able to support multiple teams.

Duties and responsibilities:

Specific responsibilities for this position support Service team:

  • Schedule work orders for repair, while ensuring scope of work and time requirements are well communicated
  • Scheduling training
  • Maintain and organized parts inventory
  • Manage prioritization of service repairs
  • Maintain documentation related to service and training
  • Manage monthly billings
  • Adhere to scheduling guidelines and work order priority to load schedule
  • Work with tech support on gathering information for quality related issues with documentation to submit to QC

Specific responsibilities for this position supporting Engineering team:

  • Receive commercial PO’s from CS and distribute to ENG team for processing
  • Complete production packages for Commercial orders for Production team (includes paperwork and putting together binders)
  • Submittals for Commercial orders as requested
  • Organize/file completed production packages within Engineering department/server (includes hard/soft copies of orders)

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Post-Secondary Education in Office Administration or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Office Administration capacity
  • Strong computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Office-Word and Excel)
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, decision-making, and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate well with various personnel, customers and other employees.
  • Ability to prioritize and apply excellent time management skills.
  • Must be able to work independently and in a team
