Det-Tronics is a part of the Global Fire Products business of Carrier and has a global footprint with manufacturing sites in the U.S. and sales presence in all key geographies.

We’re seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our Det-Tronics team in MN.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES –

  • Leading Materials Flow team associates in daily activities; coordinating logistical processes, supervising material flow from end-to-end operations, ensuring the quality of goods, and preparing relevant documentation 
  • Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations 
  • Managing, evaluating, and reporting on warehouse productivity 
  • Leading Continuous Improvement initiatives to improve business metrics 
  • Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and material 
  • Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers 
  • Identify and analyze inventory discrepancies through root cause investigation 
  • Lead a small warehouse team to achieve goals in manufacturing environment
  • Be a part of a growing company with international brand recognition
  • Use continuous improvement to drive business results

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS –

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience in a Production or Warehouse environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS –

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Clear written and verbal skills
  • Specialized knowledge of technical or operational practices
