Role Description

The Scrum Master – Network Services will support Agile execution for Network and Connectivity teams, ensuring structured delivery of initiatives across enterprise network services. This role requires deep appreciation of network infrastructure combined with strong Scrum Master capabilities to bring discipline, visibility, and execution rigor to complex infrastructure programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as Scrum Master for Network Services Agile teams, including LAN, WAN, Data Center Networking, and Network Security initiatives.

  • Facilitate all Agile ceremonies and ensure consistent sprint execution and delivery cadence.

  • Work closely with Network Architects, Engineers, and Operations teams to plan and execute work effectively.

  • Manage dependencies across infrastructure, security, and application teams.

  • Remove delivery impediments related to vendor coordination, change windows, and operational constraints.

  • Track and report Agile metrics to leadership, highlighting risks, dependencies, and delivery health.

  • Support hybrid delivery models, combining Agile execution with traditional project milestones where required.

  • Promote continuous improvement and Agile maturity within network-focused teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

  • 7–10 years of experience in IT, with strong exposure to Network Infrastructure environments.

  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting Network or Core Infrastructure teams.

  • Solid understanding of Enterprise Network Services (LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, Data Center Networks, Firewalls).

  • Experience operating in regulated, large-scale enterprise environments.

Certifications (Mandatory)

  • Experience operating in regulated, large-scale enterprise environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to network transformation or modernization programs.

  • Familiarity with ITIL / ITSM processes and Change Management.

  • Experience working with multiple vendors and global service providers.

  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence without authority.

  • Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
