Key Responsibilities:

·       Operate and monitor cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).

·       Implement SRE principles such as SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets.

·       Automate deployments, scaling, and incident management using Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).

·       Monitoring & Observability: Build and maintain dashboards, alerts, and logs (LogicMonitor,Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).

·       Optimize cost and performance of cloud infrastructure. (Kubernetes Metrics Server, AWS CloudWatch or GCP Monitoring, Thanos)

·       Security & Compliance: Apply best practices for cloud security and data protection.

·       Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to ensure smooth CI/CD pipelines.

·       Respond to and resolve production incidents, performing root cause analysis and implementing permanent fixes.

·       Participate in on-call rotations and ensure proper incident documentation.

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

·       Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

·       Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architectures.

·       Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi).

·       Familiarity with monitoring tools (LogicMonitor, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog).

·       Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.

·       Knowledge of security and compliance in cloud environments

Soft Skills:

·       Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.

·       Strong communication and teamwork skills.

·       Willingness to participate in on-call rotations.

·       Fluent English

·       Able to work in a global environment

·       Strong presentation skills

Nice to Have:

·       Experience with CI/CD (GitLab, Jenkins, ArgoCD).

·       Relevant certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Professional Cloud Architect, etc.).
