About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Program Management candidates to drive strategic sourcing initiatives, optimize supply chain processes, and enhance supplier relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, supplier management, and end-to-end supply chain operations. This role requires expertise in cost negotiation, risk mitigation, and process improvement to ensure operational efficiency and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and supply assurance.

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to reduce cost and improve resiliency

  • Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, and risk factors to inform sourcing decisions.

  • Implement supply chain best practices and drive cost-saving initiatives.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including R&D, finance, and manufacturing, to align supply chain goals with business objectives.

  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain efficiency.

  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring business continuity and resilience.

  • Drive process automation and digital transformation initiatives within supply chain operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).

  • 6+ years of experience in supply chain management, strategic sourcing, or procurement.

  • Strong understanding of global sourcing, supplier negotiation, and contract management.

  • Experience in managing cross-functional projects and working with international suppliers.

  • Proficiency in supply chain software (SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems) and data analytics.

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive results with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills

  • PMP or equivalent program management certification / training.

  • Experience in the manufacturing, automotive, electronics, or refrigeration industries.

  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process
