About this role

The Pricing Leader will play a crucial role in shaping our pricing strategies to ensure we remain competitive in the market while maximizing profitability. This position involves developing and implementing innovative pricing models, conducting in-depth market research, and performing competitive analysis. The ideal candidate will have a  background in sales operations, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance short-term gains with long-term growth objectives, ensuring that our pricing strategies align with our overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to achieve business objectives and maximize profitability.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform pricing decisions.

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align pricing strategies with business goals.

  • Monitor and analyze pricing performance and make adjustments as needed.

  • Lead pricing projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and accurate execution.

  • Provide pricing guidance and support to sales teams.

  • Develop and maintain pricing models and tools to support decision-making.

  • Prepare and present pricing reports and recommendations to senior management.

Basic Qualifications

  • Associates degree with 10+ years experience in pricing and/or sales operations

Or

  • Bachelors degree and 7+ years experience in pricing and/or sales operations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or Economics. 

  • Proven experience in pricing, sales operations, or a related role.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • English communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Proficiency in pricing software and tools.

  • Project management skills.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
