About this role
The Pricing Leader will play a crucial role in shaping our pricing strategies to ensure we remain competitive in the market while maximizing profitability. This position involves developing and implementing innovative pricing models, conducting in-depth market research, and performing competitive analysis. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales operations, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance short-term gains with long-term growth objectives, ensuring that our pricing strategies align with our overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement pricing strategies to achieve business objectives and maximize profitability.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform pricing decisions.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align pricing strategies with business goals.
Monitor and analyze pricing performance and make adjustments as needed.
Lead pricing projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
Provide pricing guidance and support to sales teams.
Develop and maintain pricing models and tools to support decision-making.
Prepare and present pricing reports and recommendations to senior management.
Basic Qualifications
- Associates degree with 10+ years experience in pricing and/or sales operations
Or
- Bachelors degree and 7+ years experience in pricing and/or sales operations.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or Economics.
Proven experience in pricing, sales operations, or a related role.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
English communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in pricing software and tools.
Project management skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
