About this role

• Learn and perform process definition and governance
• Leadership development
• Cross team collaboration

The candidate’s responsibilities include but are not limited to

• Review process documents and update as necessary
• Participate in WHQ Gate Reviews that govern programs
• Perform general engineering and administrative tasks

Basic Qualifications

• Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in any Program administration or Engineering field
• Must have an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher.

• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.

• Self-driven and proactive
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Team player and willing to collaborate with others on projects
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Pay Range

The annual salary for this position is between $43,500.00 - $87,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. The pay range will not be below the minimum wage applicable to the jurisdiction in which the applicant is to be employed.

Other Compensation

This position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
