Your role

• Responsible for driving Sales and Orders for Service Retrofit business

• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline five times of the target

• Maintain pipeline Management through SFDC

• Responsible to drive replacement through Energy study and ROI calculations

• Should have job knowledge on HVAC Plant Room Solutions include Chillers, Pumps, Cooling Towers and other ancillary products and Residential Light commercial equipments like Package, Ducted Splits and VRF.

Minimum Requirements:

• 5 years experience in selling service agreements in HVAC Industry

• Mechanical Engineer degree

• Self-motivated, Team player, result oriented and with effective communication skills.

• Proven track record of successfully managing complex sales processes and achieving sales targets.

• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
