Chubb Fire & Security have an exciting opportunity for a Service Delivery / Customer Support Officer (for Fire) based in our Dingley office in Melbourne.  The role will be responsible for providing support to internal and external customers.  The successful candidate will be working in a fast paced environment, so you will need to be proactive and work as part of a team to get results!

To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated help line experience, along with a can-do attitude and the ability to deliver excellent service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities of the role include:

• Answering, qualifying and assisting with enquires from clients regarding issues with fire protection systems

• Logging of customer fault calls into ERP / CRM

• Liaising with internal teams to follow up & ensure enquiries have been handled 

• High level of customer care & ability to manage any time pressing requests 

• Preparing reports & logging on system effectively 

To be considered for this position you must have:

• Demonstrated experience in a fast paced call centre or helpdesk environment

• Advanced customer service skills

• Knowledge of and experience using ERP systems such as Pronto

• Intermediate level of Microsoft Office suite – Outlook, Word and Excel

• Experience in the Fire Industry or similar service industry preferred but not essential.
