The role

Based in Dingley you will be responsible for growth in sales within your designated market segments.

This will involve:

  • Achieving sales projections and establishing sales strategies and tactics to increase sales and market share

  • Driving new business sales and development

  • Sales Funnel management 

  • Weekly funnel sales reports & forecasting

  • Tendering and leveraging opportunities across other Chubb divisions

  • Account planning, opportunity management 

  • Focus on all commercial and non-Govt leads and clients

To be successful

This role will suit a true hunter who is driven by personal and company success in increasing sales across the Victorian market. To be considered for the role you will need to have solid experience within the Security sector

You will need the following: 

  • Experience in the design and sales of integrated security alarm, access control, CCTV & associated systems (mandatory)

  • Knowledge of Gallagher or Integriti systems (preferred)

  • A current security licence

  • A solid track record of achieving above target sales and customer acquisition

  • Current drivers’ licence (mandatory)

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written are essential as you manage key relationships within new and existing clients

  • Knowledge and experience in the use of a CRM to record and report on activities and sales pipelines
