National Key Account Manager

Role Responsibilities:

• Explore and develop new business opportunities
• Manage and maintain excellent relationships with existing key account portfolio
• Support customers on a day to day basis, working with other teams to ensure first class service is provided
• Promote the Carrier Way and display key attributes
• Drive sales performance to meet SIC targets
• Ensure NPS scores are in line with target

• Role Purpose:

• Manage a defined portfolio of key accounts - primarily located in the South West region
• Support Key Account team to meet SIC targets
• Develop and support special projects e.g. electrification

• Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years industry experience
• Knowledge of alternative energy sources would be a bonus
• Willingness to travel and stay out overnight
• Full UK driving licence
